This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to motivate a team to meet and exceed performance goals. Key Responsibilities: Foster a positive and engaging team environment that promotes open communication and mutual support Define and communicate clear team goals aligned with customer service and sales objectives Assign daily tasks and responsibilities while managing workflow to ensure timely and efficient service Supervise and support day-to-day operations of the customer service and sales team Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate Provide regular feedback, and coaching to enhance team and individual performance Act as the first point of escalation for customer or internal issues and work to resolve conflicts swiftly Recognize and celebrate team and individual achievements to maintain morale and motivation Identify skill gaps and organize development initiatives or training sessions Promote continuous improvement by encouraging team input and innovative ideas Plan and coordinate team-building activities to strengthen collaboration and team spirit Key Skills: Proven work experience as a team leader, international experience will have the priority In-depth knowledge of operation performance metrics Good Analytical skills, especially MS Excel Excellent communication and leadership skills Organizational and time-management skills Decision-making skills Should be okay to work in a Blended process Flexibility to work night shifts as required by the role A fun-life Culture of openness and flexibility allows employees to keep growing and gravitating to roles that fit their talents and passions.
