Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of escalation for customer or internal issues and work to resolve conflicts swiftly.

  • Identify skill gaps and organize development initiatives or training sessions.
  • Promote continuous improvement by encouraging team input and innovative ideas.
  • Plan and coordinate team-building activities to strengthen collaboration and team spirit.
