Job Description

Utilize HRIS systems to manage and track onboarding activity.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of onboarding tasks.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal clients and candidates.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies.
Participate in continuous improvement projects as needed.
Ensure compliance with all mandatory requirements for the country of hire.

Job Requirements

Strong attention to detail and customer focus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a People Services or HR function.
Mandatory experience using HRIS systems.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Willingness to participate in projects and adapt to new ideas.
Flexible to learn and grow, comfortable with ambiguity.
