Job Description

You are looking for an experienced and proactive FIX Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding of institutional clients in capital markets, trading, and fintech environments. Your role will be critical in ensuring that client onboarding is compliant, timely, and frictionless by coordinating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your domain expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for institutional and HNI clients in the capital markets domain - Coordinate with internal departments (Product, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Tech) to ensure timely onboarding - Collect, validate, and maintain documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, etc.) - Ensure accurate configuration of client accounts, trade permissions, and entitlements in internal systems - Deliver onboarding training or platform walkthroughs to new clients - Proactively track onboarding progress, resolve blockers, and keep stakeholders updated - Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and enhance client satisfaction - Work in alignment with global client schedules and deliverables Required Skills and Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in onboarding, client implementation, or operational roles within capital markets, trading, or fintech - Deep understanding of financial products, institutional trading workflows, and compliance requirements - Proven track record of managing onboarding for institutional or high-net-worth clients - Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously - Hands-on experience with MS Office, CRMs, and onboarding platforms - Flexibility to work across time zones Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field - Professional certifications such as NISM, CFA (Level 1), or equivalent are a strong plus Join MSBC, a trusted partner with over two decades of experience, in delivering world-class technology and operational solutions across various industries.
