Additionally, you will serve as an advisor to new analysts. The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in Low Latency Java Stack, hands-on expertise in "Core JAVA," "FIX Protocol," "Binary protocols," and Unix/Linux, familiarity with Microservices architecture, and a good understanding of electronic trading and financial markets. Exposure to Open HFT & Chronicle, as well as knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD, and BitBucket, will be advantageous.
