Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Onboarding Specialist, located in Nashik. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing the customer and client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from initiation to completion. Daily tasks include guiding clients through onboarding steps, addressing queries, collecting necessary information for compliance, and providing exceptional support. Additionally, the role involves maintaining records, collaborating with internal teams to optimize workflows, and delivering high-quality service to new clients aligning with BharatCX's standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective client interaction and managing onboarding experiences.
  • Experience in Customer and Client Onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration process and establishing strong client relationships.
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer requirements, identify issues, and support operational improvements.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities and organizational skills for managing multiple client onboarding processes simultaneously.
  • Experience in the financial or technology industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
