Make outbound calls to candidates regarding job openings and interview scheduling
Communicate clearly in
Kannada and Tamil
(English/Hindi is an added advantage)
Screen candidates based on basic eligibility criteria
Explain job roles, company policies, and interview process to candidates
Coordinate with the HR team for interview updates and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of calls, candidate details, and feedback
Achieve daily/weekly calling and recruitment targets
Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Languages Required:
Kannada & Tamil (Mandatory)
Experience:
Minimum 6 months
in telecalling / HR recruitment / customer handling
Qualification:
Undergraduate or Graduate
(Any discipline)
Age Limit:
18 – 29 years
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and calling systems preferred

Salary & Benefits:

20,000 – 25,000 in-hand per month
