Job Title: Telle Caller

Location:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to candidates for recruitment requirements.
  • Explain job roles, company details, and employment terms to candidates.
  • Screen candidates based on basic eligibility (education, experience, location, salary).
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and recruiters.
  • Maintain and update candidate data in Excel / ATS.
  • Follow up with candidates for interview attendance and feedback.
  • Handle candidate queries professionally.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate .
  • Good communication skills in English and local language.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruitment tele calling or HR coordination.
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented approach.
