Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Staffing Firm : Hiring Engineers for MNC Manufacturing sectors.

Job Summary:


We are looking for an energetic and proactive Talent Acquisition role to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0.6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment and possess excellent communication skills in Kannada, English etc. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various roles within the organization, ensuring a smooth recruitment process while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and more.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and short-list candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Facilitate communication with candidates in Kannada, ensuring clarity and professionalism throughout the process.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and manage recruitment tracking systems.
  • Help in onboarding and assist with offer letter generation.
  • Ensure adherence to all hiring policies and standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to attract top talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 0.6 months to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates professionally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruiting across different industries.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and trends.
  • Experience in Non-IT requirement
