Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience to support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals, and should be comfortable handling IT or Non-IT hiring. Mass hiring or sales hiring experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Handle IT, Non-IT, Sales, or mass hiring requirements as needed
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews
Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers
Manage candidate pipeline and follow-ups
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Assist with offer negotiation and onboarding
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Requirements

6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong sourcing experience using Naukri and LinkedIn
Prior experience in sales hiring or mass hiring preferred
Experience in IT or Non-IT hiring
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously

Nice to Have

Experience working with ATS
Knowledge of HR processes
Experience in social media sourcing
