Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring needs

Key Responsibilities

• Understand manpower requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, references, and internal databases.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Maintain candidate pipelines for critical and future roles.
  
• Manage recruitment trackers and prepare hiring-related reports.
  
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  
• Handle onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
  
• Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred.
  
• 1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Non-IT/IT depending on requirement).
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  
• Good negotiation skills and target-driven approach.
