Job Description

1. Student Counseling & Guidance Interact with students to understand their academic background, interests, and career goals. Guide students on suitable courses, colleges, or countries (for overseas education). Provide information on admission processes, eligibility, and deadlines. 2. Course & Program Recommendation Suggest appropriate educational programs based on the student's profile. Match student preferences with institution offerings (local or international). 3. Admission Process Support Assist students with application forms, documentation, and SOPs. Follow up with institutions on admissions, interviews, and results. 4. Lead Management & Conversion Handle walk-ins, calls, emails, and inquiries. Convert leads into successful enrollments through effective counseling. 5. Follow-ups & Relationship Building Maintain regular communication with prospective students. Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions. 6. Database & CRM Management Update and maintain student records in CRM software. Track and report daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics. 7. Marketing & Outreach Activities Participate in educational fairs, webinars, and seminars. Support promotional campaigns for lead generation.
