Responsibilities: Students ko course options, eligibility, aur career pathways par structured counselling Inbound/outbound calls manage karna Walk-in students ko guide karna aur admission process explain karna Documentation and enrollment coordination Lead tracking, disciplined follow-ups, aur organized communication flow Weekly reporting and data integrity maintenance Requirements: Strong communication and advisory skills Process-oriented conversation style Basic computer proficiency Education counselling experience preferred; strong communication skills are considered for freshers.
