Role & responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team fit. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Maintain candidate databases and create talent pipelines for critical and future roles. Conduct pre-screening calls and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate job offers, compensation, and close selected candidates effectively. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.). Participate in employer branding activities and career fairs to attract top talent. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices. Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, ATS systems). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work under tight deadlines. Languages Known: Hindi & Telugu Added advantage.
