Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    outbound email campaigns

    to generate qualified B2B leads for IT services (web & mobile development).
  • Research and identify

    potential industries, target companies, and key decision-makers.
  • Develop personalized email sequences

    with strong subject lines, engaging copy, and persuasive CTAs aligned with our offerings.
  • Build and maintain

    targeted lead databases

    using platforms such as Hunter.io, Apollo, and Snov.io.
  • Utilize email marketing and outreach tools (Mailchimp, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.) to automate and scale campaigns.
  • Track and analyze

    campaign metrics

    (open rates, CTR, reply rates, conversions) to continuously improve performance.
  • Conduct

    A/B testing

    to identify the most effective messaging strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the

    sales and business development teams

    to align on campaign goals, lead quality, and nurturing processes.
  • Ensure all outreach activities comply with global regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Stay updated on

    IT industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools

    for prospecting and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 2–3 years of proven experience in

    B2B email marketing, outbound lead generation, or inside sales

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    cold email strategies, prospecting workflows, and sales funnels

    .
  • Proficiency with tools such as

    Hunter.io, Apollo, Snov.io, Mailchimp, Lemlist, or HubSpot

  • Excellent

    written and communication skills
