What You'll Be Doing:

• Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  Design, build, and manage end-to-end multi-touch outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. This includes developing messaging, creating sequences, and implementing A/B testing to optimise performance continuously.

• Expert-Level Prospecting:

  Utilise the full power of Apollo.io's advanced search filters and "pivot filters" to build hyper-targeted prospect lists that align with our ideal customer profile. For Clay.ai experts, this means leveraging waterfall enrichment and AI agents to uncover unique data points for deep personalisation.

• Hyper-Personalisation at Scale:

  Go beyond [First Name] personalisation. We're looking for someone who can use the rich data from Apollo.io or the AI-driven insights from Clay.ai to craft highly relevant and compelling outreach messages that resonate with individual prospects. This includes referencing recent company news, job postings, or technology usage.

• Automation and Workflow Mastery:

  Build and manage sophisticated automation workflows within your preferred platform. This includes setting up triggers, lead scoring models, and integrating with our CRM to ensure a seamless flow of data and timely follow-ups.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

  Meticulously track and analyse key campaign metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, reply rates, and conversion rates. You will provide regular reports with actionable insights to the team and use this data to iterate and improve your outreach strategies.

• Deliverability and Compliance:

  Maintain a deep understanding of email deliverability best practices, including domain health, inbox warm-up, and compliance with regulations like CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Proven experience

  in a B2B email outreach, lead generation, or sales development role with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

• Deep, hands-on expertise

  with either

  Apollo.io

  or

  Clay.ai

  . You should be able to demonstrate your proficiency with the advanced features of at least one of these platforms.

• Exceptional written communication skills

  with a talent for crafting persuasive, concise, and human-sounding emails.

• A highly analytical and data-driven mindset.

  You are comfortable working with spreadsheets, analysing campaign data, and using insights to make informed decisions.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

  You can effectively manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with other tools in the sales and marketing tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Knowledge of copywriting principles and B2B buyer psychology.
• Experience in the B2B SaaS sector.
