About The Role We are seeking a Senior Full-stack Developer with a strong focus on backend development to handle feature requests, scaling challenges, and core infrastructure enhancements as the company continues to grow. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python & JavaScript and hands-on experience with React.js on the frontend. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and Node.js. Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate backend APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability. Optimize and manage data stores including PostgreSQL, MySQL, as well as caching/messaging systems like Redis and RabbitMQ for performance, reliability, and scalability. Manage and deploy cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, RDS, and S3. Architect, deploy, and monitor containerized microservices for fault-tolerance and horizontal scaling. Identify bottlenecks, perform system diagnostics, and implement optimizations to ensure performance at scale. Minimum Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Full-stack or Backend developer. Proficiency in either Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI) or JavaScript (Node.js, Express.js). Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React.js, Vue.js Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and caching/messaging systems (Redis, RabbitMQ) Familiarity with AWS core services (EC2, RDS, S3) for cloud infrastructure. Solid knowledge of Algorithms, Data structures, and CS fundamentals. Good To Have Knowledge of building SPAs using React.js or other JavaScript frameworks. Familiarity with WebSockets for real-time features.
