Key Responsibilities: Leadership Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables. Work closely with the development and product teams to ensure test coverage and quality standards are met. Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement within the QA team. Oversee the design, development, and execution of test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks. Ensure adequate test coverage for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Automation Process Improvement: Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks for efficient test execution. Continuously evaluate and improve test processes, tools, and technologies. Advocate for test automation and DevOps integration (CI/CD pipelines). Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing. Collaboration Reporting: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align testing efforts with business goals. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security best practices where applicable. Required Skills Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience as a QA Team Lead , leading and managing a QA team. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices . Hands-on experience with automation testing tools ( Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, Appium ). Expertise in test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar . Experience with performance testing tools ( JMeter, LoadRunner, Locust ) . Proficiency in API testing tools ( Postman, Pytest, REST Assured, SoapUI ). Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices ( Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes ). Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies . Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
