Job Title: Senior Email Marketer - Lead Generation

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective email marketing strategies to generate leads and support the sales team's objectives.
• Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email marketing initiatives align with overall marketing and sales goals.
• Utilize marketing automation tools e.g Mail Chimps ,Apollo, Sales Handy, Zoho, Hubspot, Sendinblue, Brevo, to streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Implementation and manage email authentication protocols such as DMARC, DKIM, and SPF to ensure email deliverability and security with the IT team .
• Address technical issues related to email deliverability, including IP warming, domain reputation, and feedback loops.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize HTML and CSS to create visually appealing and responsive email templates. Ensure emails render correctly across various devices and email clients.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Stay updated with email marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR etc. and ensure all campaigns are compliant.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to implement cutting-edge email marketing strategies.
• Develop and maintain email marketing calendars and ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
• Monitor and manage email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with email marketing regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in email marketing.
• Report regularly to the management team on key email marketing metrics and ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in email marketing, with a focus on lead generation for a sales team.
• Proficiency with email marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing successful email marketing strategies.
• A deep understanding of email deliverability best practices and compliance with email regulations.
• Exceptional team management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Certifications in email marketing or related fields are a plus.
