Email Marketing Specialist

You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and retention for Docyt. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will create compelling email content, segment audiences, and optimize email performance to achieve marketing objectives. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing email marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will create and manage email marketing calendars, design and code responsive HTML email templates, segment email lists based on demographics and preferences, and A/B test email campaigns to optimize performance. Monitoring and analyzing email campaign performance metrics will be crucial, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue attribution. Additionally, you will use email marketing automation tools to set up triggered and automated email workflows, collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling email content, and stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to email marketing. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2C or B2B SaaS environment. - Proficiency in HTML/CSS and email marketing automation platforms. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with marketing analytics tools is a plus.
