Email Marketing Specialist

We are MaxBPO, an accounting and back-office solutions company serving clients in the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia. We are located in Noida and offer professional services tailored to global markets.

This is a full-time position based in Noida, with remote and hybrid work options available, for an Email/Gmail Marketing Specialist. The role involves planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns using automation tools, with a strong focus on lead generation for Accounting, Data Entry, and Back Office Services. Our target markets include the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and other English-speaking countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for promotions, newsletters, and product updates
• Build and maintain a lead generation email database with accurate and organized records
• Write compelling subject lines and email copy aligned with brand tone
• Design and build responsive email templates using drag-and-drop tools or HTML
• Segment mailing lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement
• Create automated email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, re-engagement)
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize open rates, click-throughs, and conversions (add on bonus)
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing weekly and monthly performance reports
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR compliance.
• Coordinate with design, content, and product teams for campaign inputs

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in executing and managing email marketing campaigns
• Strong ability to generate leads through platforms such as LinkedIn and email marketing strategies
• Proficient in email marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, and similar platforms
• Familiar with email automation, segmentation, and list hygiene
• Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Must have 300+ own Gmail ID's

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management
• Proficient in Marketing Automation and Lead Generation
• Strong understanding of Marketing Analytics
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge of best practices in email compliance regulations
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Proven success in planning and executing high-performing email campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus
