Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, generate leads, and boost conversions. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to create compelling email strategies and content tailored to our clients’ audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Campaign Strategy: Design and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from planning and segmentation to content creation and performance tracking.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative and content teams to design eye-catching and persuasive email templates, copy, and visuals that align with the campaign objectives and client branding.
• List Management & Segmentation: Manage and segment email lists for targeted outreach based on demographics, behaviors, and previous engagements.
• Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates), and adjust strategies to improve results.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various email elements (subject lines, calls-to-action, design) to optimize performance and enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Email Automation: Set up and manage email automation workflows, ensuring timely and relevant communication with prospects and customers.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all emails comply with industry standards, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations, and adhere to email marketing best practices.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed performance reports for internal and client review, providing actionable insights for future campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with design, sales, and content teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and marketing strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or similar tools. Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Analytics: Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, A/B testing, and email campaign reporting tools.
• Creative Mindset: Excellent copywriting and creative design skills, with the ability to craft compelling and relevant email content that drives action.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
• Experience with CRM software integration (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹11,827.58 - ₹24,660.99 per month
