As an Email Marketing Specialist at Comfort Click, you will play a crucial role in building and managing end-to-end email campaigns and automated flows using Klaviyo. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and managing various email campaigns and automated flows such as Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Re-engagement, and Win-Back using Klaviyo. - Developing dynamic segmentation strategies to target audiences based on behavior, purchase history, and customer journey stage. - Implementing A/B testing frameworks across subject lines, content blocks, CTAs, send times, and audience sets to optimize campaign performance. - Collaborating closely with design, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal in all communications. - Monitoring and reporting on email metrics including deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue attribution. - Leading email database hygiene, list growth strategies, and compliance with GDPR/CAN-SPAM. - Continuously researching and deploying new strategies, triggers, and personalization techniques to drive lifetime value (LTV) and retention. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-8 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or CRM within a high-growth eCommerce or D2C brand. - Advanced expertise in Klaviyo, including flows, list management, reporting, and integration with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms. - Experience with other tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, CleverTap is a plus. - Strong understanding of email marketing metrics, best practices, and industry benchmarks. - Proven experience in building automated journeys that drive retention and repeat purchase behavior. - Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action. - Bonus: Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email editing or troubleshooting.
