Email Marketing Specialist

We are hiring an Email Marketing Executive to manage our complete email campaign process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, scheduling, and optimizing email marketing campaigns along with data mining and email finding skills for lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Write engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs.
• Design and edit email templates (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, etc.).
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and contact database.
• Perform data mining to find relevant business leads and verified email IDs.
• Use tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Skrapp, Lusha, etc., to extract accurate contact details.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions).
• Conduct A/B testing for better results.
• Maintain email deliverability and follow best practices.
• Generate weekly and monthly campaign reports.

Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in email marketing.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, etc.).
• Strong data mining and lead research skills.
• Experience finding and verifying emails using online tools and extensions.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (preferred).
• Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
