Key Responsibilities: Analyze marketplace data to monitor team productivity, sales trends, procurement cycles, logistics performance, and financial metrics (P&L). Provide actionable insights and clear reasons behind performance fluctuations and operational bottlenecks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, finance, procurement) to drive improvements based on analytical findings. Identify growth opportunities, risk factors, and propose corrective actions. Utilize tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Business Reports, and third-party analytics software to compile and interpret data. Generate ad hoc reports and deep-dive analyses upon request. Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reporting mechanisms to present granular insights on: Team performance and productivity Sales performance by SKU, region, and category Procurement and inventory trends Logistics efficiency (delivery timelines, costs) Profitability analysis and loss mitigation strategies Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in marketplace analytics, preferably Amazon. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, particularly Amazon FBA/Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM). Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
