As Retention Marketing intern, you will be learning and adapting strategies to maximize engagement with our community through meaningful content, understand course enrollment journey and support the same with strategies via Email, SMS, & Whatsapp channels. Were looking for a self-starter who is passionate about learning & can manage multiple tasks with internal and external stakeholders, has a user- first approach, data driven analytical skills, knack for quality content, and willing to explore retention marketing. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough analysis of student data to identify key segments. Develop strategies for personalized communication (via SMS, Email, WhatsApp & Bot) based on segments. Create strategy for yearly, monthly and weekly strategic & tactical CRM plans. Planning and creating automated user journeys for effective communication. Strategize design and content & messaging which resonate. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Implement feedback loops to gather insights and understand pain points. Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success. Work closely with content , sales, and customer support teams to align retention strategies with overall business goals. Qualifications & Skills: Ability to learn and understand new tools, technologies and leverage for results Leverage analytics tools such as Clever Tap, Web Engage, Mo Engage Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting strategies. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Work Location: Prabhat Colony, Santacruz (E), Mumbai Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10.00 am to 6.00 pm / (Part time hours can be discussed) Job Type: Onsite Salary Range:- 3,000/ - 8,000/- per month, (Depends on Skills and Time) Immediate Joining! Minimum Internship Period: 3 months Food Policy - Yoga Institute is an Ashram that promotes Satvik and holy living to all. You cannot order food from outside while you are at the institute. Only Vegetarian food is allowed at the Institute. Yoga Institute provides Satvik food to all associates working for them; however if the associate wishes to carry his/her lunch box, it has to be vegetarian food. STRICTLY NO NON-VEG food will be allowed during working hours. Work ethics: While at work, smoke breaks are not allowed.
