Email Marketing Specialist

You will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing email marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and nurturing potential clients. Your primary task will involve sending a minimum of 6,000-8,000 emails per day to prospective customers while ensuring high open and conversion rates through monitoring and optimizing email deliverability. It will be crucial for you to implement best practices to avoid emails being flagged as spam and to maximize engagement levels. Furthermore, you will need to develop and manage email lists by segmenting audiences based on demographics and customer behavior. Tracking and analyzing email campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions will also be a key aspect of your role. You will be expected to identify and resolve issues related to email delivery, including bounce rates and blacklisting. In addition, staying updated on new email marketing trends, tools, and techniques will be essential to enhance campaign effectiveness. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to align email strategies with business goals will also be a part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in email marketing, lead generation, or a related field, with the capability to send a minimum of 6,000-10,000 emails per day. Strong knowledge of email marketing tools, automation software, and best practices is required, along with experience in lead generation and nurturing potential customers through email campaigns. Having your own email IDs for campaign execution is a must, along with proficiency in email deliverability strategies and list management. Excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and meet daily email targets are essential qualities for this role.
