Job Description: We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer with expertise in panel design, assembly & service engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and commissioning electrical panels, including relay logic panel, control panels, power distribution boards, and PLC panels. They will also ensure compliance with industry standards and support the troubleshooting and maintenance of panels.  Responsibilities: Panel Design and Development 1. Design and develop electrical panels, including relay logic panel , control panels, drive panel , and distribution boards, per project specifications. 2. Create and review electrical drawings and wiring schematics using tools like AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN. 3. Select appropriate components such as circuit breakers, relays, PLCs, and wiring for the panels. 4. Ensure designs comply with applicable standards. Manufacturing and Testing 5. Supervise or support panel assembly, wiring, and installation in the manufacturing unit or at client sites. 6. Conduct quality checks and functionality tests on electrical panels to ensure performance and safety. 7. Troubleshoot issues arising during assembly or testing and implement corrective measures.   Installation and Commissioning 8. Oversee the installation and commissioning of panels at project sites. 9. Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams or contractors. 10. Ensure all installations adhere to safety and operational guidelines. Maintenance and Troubleshooting 11. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of installed panels to ensure longevity and reliability. 12. Diagnose and resolve faults or malfunctions in panels efficiently. 13. Recommend upgrades or modifications for better performance and efficiency. Documentation and Compliance 14. Prepare detailed documentation, including BOMs (Bills of Materials), testing reports, and operation manuals. 15. Ensure compliance with local and international electrical standards and safety codes. 16. Collaborate with regulatory bodies for certifications and audits. Qualifications:  Diploma or ITI qualified  Minimum 2 Years of experience in panel design, manufacturing, and maintenance.  Hands-on experience with relay logic panel, control panels, PLC panels, and drive panels is required. Additional Skills:  Proficiency in electrical design tools (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, etc.).  Strong understanding of panel wiring, load calculations, and protection systems.  Knowledge of control systems, PLCs, SCADA, and HMI integration.  Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.  Familiarity with electrical safety standards (IEC, IS, or NEC).
