The ideal candidate will possess a strong problem-solving ability, effective communication skills, and expertise in programmable logic controllers (PLCs). This role involves rapid response to issues, troubleshooting on-site problems, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Location: Ambattur-Chennai Immediate Joining Salary & Benefits: Salary From Rs. 2.00 lacs to Rs. 6.00 lacs per annum Experienced: Salary negotiable, based on the candidate's last drawn salary Employee State Insurance (ESI) Provident Fund (PF) Responsibilities: Rapid Response and Problem Solving: Provide swift and effective responses to PLC-related issues. Know when to escalate problems and seek assistance when necessary. Communication: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination. Troubleshooting and Issue Analysis: Conduct on-site troubleshooting to identify and resolve PLC issues. Provide detailed failure analysis (FA) reports for documented issues. Logic and Flow Diagrams: Create and interpret logic and flow diagrams for program design. Conduct simulations and testing of PLC programs to ensure functionality and reliability. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a PLC Programmer or similar role. In-depth knowledge of PLC programming languages and software. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers. Experience in creating and reading logic and flow diagrams for program design. Additional Skills: Familiarity with various PLC platforms and programming languages (e.g., ladder logic, structured text). Knowledge of industrial automation systems and processes.
