Electrical Engineer

Strategic

• Man power Planing for day to day job as well as project job
• Planing for PM maintenance as per schedule
• Spare part planing
• To define job responsibility to the associates.

Operational

• To ensure un- interrupted power supply to plant and lab
• To maintained all activity like Billing, Indent, Purchase requisition, PM maintenance, Gate pass in SAP
• Ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance schedules for Electrical equipment and Engineering Utilities Electrical power supply (both Raw and UPS)
• Ensure uninterrupted Power Supply of overall site thru effective resource allocations, spare part indenting & its planning within allocated budget.
• Manage technical breakdown situations of Electrical with the help of internal resources, and/or centralized engineering services, vendors and/or external service providers, as may be required, to minimize downtime resulting from any breakdowns of Electrical system.
• Ensure timely execution of Annual Maintenance Contracts for all Critical Electrical equipment for efficient working round the clock.
• Involvement in Execution of Electrical related Expansion projects - Independently manage BOQ preparation, procurement, installation and System Stabilisation.
• Implement PI EHS policies on shop floor working and ensure it is strictly following and deployment of certain practices such as ISO 14001, 45001, 27001 or other certifications, and /or other regulatory practices, to the extent they relate to the site facilities with proper documentations.
• In general, working and maintaining close working relationships with the users of the site to understand their requirements list out the same, making the action plan and its implementation
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all technical systems, installations, utilities, services, equipment etc. that are part of the site Electrical system.
• Keep abreast with new developments in Electrical systems / applications etc.
• Ensure timely execution of any other activities that may be assigned from time to time.

• Contribute to budgetary controls within the area of responsibility

People

• Ensure smooth working of the department to maintain high morale of the workers
• Continuously improve processes to ensure quality and efficiency
