Company Ishitva aims at solving one of the biggest challenges faced by the world currently, which is sorting and recycling of Plastic and other Dry Waste. We build automation solutions for the waste management industry using industry 4.0 tools, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and IoT. Our solutions use computer vision to make sorting of waste more efficient at different stages of the waste value chain. With a futuristic vision of revolutionising the recycling industry, today we provide solutions for automated picking, sorting, and segregation of dry waste including plastics. Ishitva is recognised as top 10 leading AI based start-ups in the country and we are looking to build a team of young and energetic members who will work towards creating innovative solutions for some of the most urgent and important issues faced by the world. We are building a diverse team of professionals, engineers and environment enthusiasts to help us transform the waste management practices across the country. Roles and Responsibilities · Design electrical control panels (MCC, PCC, PLC panels, distribution panels). · Create wiring diagrams, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and layout plans using CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN). · Select appropriate components such as circuit breakers, contactors, relays, terminal blocks, and PLCs based on load calculations and application. · Perform load calculations and short-circuit current ratings (SCCR). · Ensure proper sizing of cables, busbars, breakers, and other panel components. · Consider voltage drop, thermal ratings, and fault levels in design. · Work with panel fabrication and assembly teams to ensure accurate implementation of design. · Supervise wiring, mounting, and layout of components inside the panel. · Conduct in-process inspections during fabrication. · Provide technical support during on-site installation and commissioning of panels. · Ensure proper cable terminations, grounding, and protective device settings. · Deliver as-built drawings, test reports, manuals, and compliance certificates. · Maintain records for future maintenance and audits. Requirements of a successful candidate. ● Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field ● Strong knowledge of electrical panel design (e.g., control panels, power distribution boards, MCC, PLC panels) ● In-depth knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and industrial automation systems. ● Familiarity with high-voltage and low-voltage electrical distribution systems. ● Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and maintenance best practices Benefits ● Pick-up Drop facility from office to plant ● Accident Insurance Location – Changodar, Ahmedabad Contact Ishitva careers@ishtiva.in Website: Ishitva Robotic Systems Show more Show less
