Role & responsibilities Leasing & Tenant Relations: Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain retail tenants. Identify potential tenants through market research and outreach. Screen prospective tenants, including conducting background and credit checks. Negotiate and finalize lease terms and conditions. Manage the end-to-end lease contract lifecycle, from drafting to signing. Property & Market Oversight: Oversee property portfolios, monitoring occupancy rates and market trends. Coordinate property viewings for prospective tenants. Ensure compliance with leasing regulations and property laws. Report leasing performance and market insights to senior management. Collaboration & Administration: Maintain accurate leasing records, documentation, and databases. Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure tenant satisfaction. Participate in marketing activities and events to promote available spaces. Manage tenant complaints and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues. Preferred candidate profile Education & Experience: Proven work experience as a Leasing Manager, Leasing Agent, or in a similar real estate role. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is often preferred. Skills: Negotiation and Sales: Strong skills in negotiating lease agreements and closing deals. Communication & Interpersonal: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with tenants and colleagues. Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes. Customer Service: Strong focus on tenant satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
