We are building a diverse team of professionals, engineers, and environment enthusiasts to help us transform the waste management practices across the country.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design electrical control panels (MCC, PCC, PLC panels, distribution panels).
• Create wiring diagrams, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and layout plans using CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
• Select appropriate components such as circuit breakers, contactors, relays, terminal blocks, and PLCs based on load calculations and application.
• Perform load calculations and short-circuit current ratings (SCCR).
• Ensure proper sizing of cables, busbars, breakers, and other panel components.
• Consider voltage drop, thermal ratings, and fault levels in design.
• Work with panel fabrication and assembly teams to ensure accurate implementation of design.
• Supervise wiring, mounting, and layout of components inside the panel.
• Conduct in-process inspections during fabrication.
• Provide technical support during on-site installation and commissioning of panels.
• Ensure proper cable terminations, grounding, and protective device settings.
• Deliver as-built drawings, test reports, manuals, and compliance certificates.
• Maintain records for future maintenance and audits.

Requirements of a successful candidate.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical panel design (e.g., control panels, power distribution boards, MCC, PLC panels)
• In-depth knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and industrial automation systems.
• Familiarity with high-voltage and low-voltage electrical distribution systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and maintenance best practices
