Company: Ishitva aims at solving one of the biggest challenges faced by the world currently, which is sorting and recycling of Plastic and other Dry Waste. We build automation solutions for the waste management industry using industry 4.0 tools, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and IoT. Our solutions use computer vision to make sorting of waste more efficient at different stages of the waste value chain. With a futuristic vision of revolutionising the recycling industry, today we provide solutions for automated picking, sorting, and segregation of dry waste including plastics. Ishitva is recognised as top 10 leading AI based start-ups in the country and we are looking to build a team of young and energetic members who will work towards creating innovative solutions for some of the most urgent and important issues faced by the world. We are building a diverse team of professionals, engineers and environment enthusiasts to help us transform the waste management practices across the country. Roles and Responsibilities: · Customize & Configure Frappe ERP Modules, including but not limited to: Accounting Procurement Sales CRM Stock Manufacturing Projects Assets Point of Sale Quality Support HR & Payroll · Develop & Extend Custom Modules in Frappe/ERP Next · Write Unit Tests & Validate Functionality before deployment · Integrate third-party APIs & Internal Tools · Deploy solutions across Environments · Collaborate with AI Team to embed automation within ERP workflows · Contribute Ideas for improving productivity through ML/AI integration · Perform Regular Backups & Data Migrations · Ensure data security and integrity across modules · Optimize system performance and responsiveness · Maintain technical documentation and codebase hygiene Requirements of a successful candidate: Education : B.Tech / BE / BCA / MCA Frappe Developer with expertise in ERP Next, Python, JavaScript, and MariaDB/MySQL. Customizing modules, managing data, implementing workflows, maintaining security, and ensuring smooth operation Technical Stack: Python (Frappe Framework) Frontend: JavaScript, Jinja Database: MariaDB/MySQL Tools: Git, Bench CLI, Linux (Ubuntu) Candidates having below skills will be an added advantage ● Python (core language for Frappe) ● JavaScript ● REST APIs, Webhooks ● Git version control ● PostgreSQL/MariaDB basics ● Experience with AI, ML or automation tools ( Will be an added advantage ) ● Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines Benefits ● Pick-up Drop facility from office to plant ● Accident Insurance Location ● Ahmedabad Contact Ishitva: careers@ishitva.in Show more Show less
