As a part of Ishitva, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing the waste management industry by utilizing automation solutions for sorting and recycling of plastic and other dry waste. With a focus on industry 4.0 tools like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and IoT, your contributions will have a significant impact on enhancing waste management practices. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Customize & Configure Frappe ERP Modules, including Accounting, Procurement, Sales, CRM, Stock, Manufacturing, Projects, Assets, Point of Sale, Quality, and Support. - Develop & Extend Custom Modules in Frappe/ERP Next. - Write Unit Tests & Validate Functionality before deployment. - Integrate third-party APIs & Internal Tools. - Deploy solutions across Environments. - Collaborate with the AI Team to embed automation within ERP workflows. - Contribute Ideas for improving productivity through ML/AI integration. - Perform Regular Backups & Data Migrations. - Ensure data security and integrity across modules. - Optimize system performance and responsiveness. - Maintain technical documentation and codebase hygiene. **Requirements for Successful Candidate:** - Education: B.Tech / BE / BCA / MCA. - Frappe Developer with expertise in ERP Next, Python, JavaScript, and MariaDB/MySQL. - Minimum 2 years of experience in customizing modules, managing data, implementing workflows, maintaining security, and ensuring smooth operation. - Technical Stack: Python (Frappe Framework), Frontend: JavaScript, Jinja, Database: MariaDB/MySQL, Tools: Git, Bench CLI, Linux (Ubuntu). - Candidates with additional skills in Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, Webhooks, Git version control, PostgreSQL/MariaDB basics, experience with AI, ML, or automation tools, and familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines will be preferred.
