Your responsibilities and qualifications include: **Role Overview:** You will need hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, and Config Management. Additionally, expertise in ServiceNow administration and scripting (JavaScript) is required. You should be skilled in relational databases like MySQL, Oracle, and SQL. Your role will also involve working on Instance Upgrades, Patches, and API integrations. Strong communication and client engagement skills are essential. It is mandatory to be a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
