Enterprise Resources Planning Developer

As a technically skilled candidate with 3 to 7 years of experience in ERPNext development and implementation, you will be responsible for working on end-to-end ERPNext implementation at CSM Technologies. Your role will involve tasks such as requirement gathering, design, development, deployment, and post-go-live support. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA Key Responsibilities: - Work on end-to-end ERPNext implementation, including requirement gathering, design, development, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Configure and customize ERPNext modules across Finance, Sales, HR, Projects, and Operations. - Develop custom applications, reports, dashboards, scripts, and workflows using Python & JavaScript within the Frappe framework. - Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments. - Conduct user training, create technical documentation, and support long-term ERP adoption. - Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues during development and post-implementation. Qualifications Required: - Experience in ERPNext development and implementation. - Strong expertise in Frappe Framework, Python, JavaScript, SQL, MariaDB/MySQL. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery, Jinja for front-end customization. - Good understanding of Accounting, Sales, HR & Project business processes. - Familiarity with Git, deployment automation, and cloud/on-premise setups. - Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to work independently. In this role, you will be expected to contribute to the successful implementation and customization of ERPNext modules, optimize system performance, and provide necessary support for ERP adoption. Your proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and other relevant technologies will be crucial for the success of ERP projects at CSM Technologies.,
