Job Profile:

1. Perform comprehensive requirements analysis to understand project scope and objectives.
2. Assist or prepare the Project Management Plan, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and timelines.
3. Collaborate with the Solution Architect in developing the technical design and overall system architecture.
4. Support high-level design activities based on the requirements and analysis documents; may develop prototypes to evaluate design alternatives.
5. Communicate updates and changes effectively with all project stakeholders.
6. Prepare documentation including System/Integration Test Plan, User and Operations Manual, Installation and Changeover Note, Development Standards (using relevant templates)
7. Ensure completion of internal work-product reviews for all deliverables created under the project.
8. Monitor and review test cases to ensure completeness and quality.
9. Assist the Project Manager in conducting external reviews and obtaining required approvals/sign-offs.
10. Conduct risk assessment and risk management to identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks.
11. Analyze change requests, estimate efforts, and assess impact on project timelines and deliverables.

Candidate Profile:

1. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
2. Proven experience in project planning, documentation, and stakeholder management.
3. Proactive in identifying challenges and driving data-driven solutions.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Candidate must have PMP/Prince 2 Certifications.
