You will be joining a dynamic team as a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer. Your primary focus will be on ServiceNow development, particularly in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules. Ideally, you should hold certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), CIS-ITSM, and CIS-R&C, with specific experience in IRM/GRC and Advanced Risk Assessment. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions tailored to GRC processes. You will be tasked with customizing and configuring ServiceNow GRC modules to align with business requirements. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports, as well as integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications. As a senior member of the team, you will provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users. Involvement in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to maintenance, is crucial. Staying abreast of the latest ServiceNow technologies, best practices, and industry trends will also be expected of you. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 6 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, including at least 2 years in the IRM/GRC module, is required. Holding a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is essential. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages like JavaScript (Classic UI and Workspace), Glide, and Jelly is necessary. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools such as Studio and Flow Designer is also expected. Knowledge of UI Builder and configuration in Workspaces, as well as experience with Patching and Upgrade for IRM modules, are important skills to possess. Familiarity with ServiceNow integration methods including REST, SOAP, and MID Server is beneficial. Problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills are crucial for success in this role. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, enabling you to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Certifications in CIS-ITSM and CIS-R&C will be advantageous for this position.,
