Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to lead the development and execution of product performance initiatives for our online brand presence. This role will be instrumental in building and enhancing our website, managing influencer collaborations, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across channels. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative, technical, and analytical skills, along with a passion for driving e-commerce success.


Key Responsibilities:


Website Development & Content Management

- Oversee the design, development, and optimization of the brand’s e-commerce website to ensure an engaging user experience and high conversion rates.

- Create and manage high-quality content, including product descriptions, blogs, videos, and visuals, tailored to target audiences.

- Continuously improve site functionality, usability, and SEO performance to enhance discoverability.


Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution

- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.

- Plan and manage sponsored ads and remarketing strategies to maximize ROI.

- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.


Social Media & Influencer Marketing

- Manage the brand’s social media presence, driving engagement and growth through creative content and consistent posting.

- Identify and partner with influencers to amplify brand awareness and credibility through strategic collaborations.

- Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance, ensuring alignment with brand goals.


Performance Marketing & Analytics

- Conduct performance marketing activities, including SEM display advertising, affiliate marketing, and email campaigns.

- Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other platforms to monitor campaign effectiveness and customer behavior.

- Generate regular reports to measure KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.


Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategies

- Implement and refine on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to improve rankings and visibility.


Collaboration & Coordination

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to align marketing efforts with business goals.

- Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers as needed to execute specialized tasks.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: freshers or 1-2 years in e-commerce marketing or related roles with a proven track record of driving online sales and engagement.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with website management platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress), SEO tools, and analytics software.

- Creative Skills: Strong content creation abilities, including writing, visual design collaboration, and video production oversight.

- Performance Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in running paid campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram with a focus on ROI.
