Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

Optimize listings with competitive pricing, keywords, and SEO-friendly descriptions

Handle order processing, tracking, returns, and refunds

Coordinate with internal teams for inventory updates

Analyze sales reports and prepare performance insights

Monitor competitor activity and pricing strategies

Manage paid promotions on marketplaces

Ensure smooth communication with marketplace support teams

Improve product visibility and conversions through optimization strategies

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce (adjustable)

Hands-on experience with major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

Knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and inventory control

Familiarity with e-commerce SEO and keyword optimization

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

Good communication skills
