Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and publish posts consistently
• Research and implement trending hashtags, reels, and content ideas
• Interact with audiences to boost engagement and build community
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team
• Track and report social media analytics for growth and improvement
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and algorithm updates

Key Skills Required

• Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Creative mindset and eye for aesthetics
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Buffer/Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Good command of English for captions, CTAs, and community management
• Bonus: Knowledge of video editing, paid ads, or influencer marketing
