Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior E-commerce Marketplace Specialist

to join our team. As a Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success

of our online marketplace presence. You will be responsible for overseeing and

optimizing our presence on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and

engaging customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of

e-commerce trends, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of maximizing

sales and visibility on online marketplaces.

Responsibilities:

Marketplace Strategy Development:

● Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketplace

strategies to drive sales, increase market share, and enhance brand

visibility.

● Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed

about industry trends.

Platform Management:

● Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms

like Amazon,Walmart eBay & Wayfair, ensuring accurate and compelling

product information.

● Amazon FBA shipment creation and monitoring, Inventory management

● Store creation and management. A+ content creation.

● Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches,

promotions, and campaigns on marketplaces.

Performance Analysis:

● Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of product

listings, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization

strategies.

● Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide

insights to enhance overall marketplace performance.

● PPC monitoring & analysis.

Relationship Management:

● Build and maintain existing B2B stores, Amazon Vendor, Seller Central & Walmart

● Order processing and account handling

Compliance and Best Practices:

● Ensure compliance with each marketplace's policies and guidelines.

● Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends to maintain a

competitive edge.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

● Proven experience in e-commerce marketplace management, preferably in a

senior role.

● In-depth knowledge of major e-commerce platforms

(e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart) and their operational intricacies.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and

trends.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Familiarity with SEO principles and their application in an e-commerce context.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
