You are a results-driven Ecommerce Specialist responsible for managing and growing client sales on the eBay platform. Your role involves utilizing your deep understanding of eBay's marketplace dynamics to optimize product listings, monitor inventory, analyze performance, and enhance product visibility strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and optimize product listings using keyword research and SEO best practices on all marketplaces. - Manage inventory, monitor pricing strategies, and analyze product performance. - Analyze ad campaigns, sales data, and reports to improve Return on Investment (ROI). - Coordinate with design and content teams to develop engaging and high-converting listing content. - Stay updated with Marketplaces" latest policies, algorithm changes, and marketplace trends. - Handle day-to-day operations including order management, customer service, and returns. - Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to increase visibility and sales. **Requirements:** - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Marketplace Seller accounts. - Strong expertise in SEO, keyword tools, and product listing optimization. - Familiarity with eBay analytics tools, advertising dashboards, and reporting metrics. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis.
