As an E-commerce Expert, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our online sales channels. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and enhancing our Shopify store, covering design, apps, and performance. - Handling IndiaMART product listings, buyer interactions, and lead generation. - Coordinating dropshipping activities, such as communicating with suppliers and fulfilling orders. - Regularly uploading products, managing inventory, and updating prices. - Analyzing website traffic and sales data to enhance performance. - Implementing SEO strategies to boost organic traffic. - Collaborating with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and social media integration. - Addressing customer service matters related to e-commerce transactions. - Keeping abreast of the latest e-commerce trends and digital tools.
