Ecommerce Specialist

As an E-commerce Expert, you will be responsible for managing and growing online sales channels. Your role will involve hands-on experience with Shopify, IndiaMART, and dropshipping. Your key responsibilities will include: - Manage and maintain the Shopify store, including design, apps, and performance. - Handle IndiaMART product listings, buyer responses, and lead generation. - Coordinate dropshipping operations, communicate with suppliers, and fulfill orders. - Regularly upload products, manage inventory, and update pricing. - Analyze website traffic and sales data to optimize performance. - Implement SEO strategies for increasing organic traffic. - Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and social integration. - Address customer service issues related to e-commerce orders. - Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and digital tools. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Proven experience with Shopify, IndiaMART, and dropshipping models. - A solid understanding of e-commerce operations and online customer behavior. - Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
