Role Description — E-Commerce Specialist

full-time hybrid role

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and optimizing online product listings across various marketplaces
• Improving platform performance through strategic insights and data analysis
• Monitoring market trends to enhance product visibility and customer engagement
• Collaborating with internal teams to create seamless customer experiences
• Coordinating with vendors, partners, and operational teams
• Providing excellent customer service and supporting overall sales objectives
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce (industry experience in a similar domain is mandatory)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on sales data
• Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
• Customer service expertise with a focus on user experience
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet goals
• Adaptability to rapid market and technology trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
