Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and manage our presence across Amazon.in and other leading marketplaces (Flipkart, Cred, Meesho, and quick commerce platforms). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing Amazon marketplace sales, advertising, and operations while also handling relationships and growth initiatives with other e-commerce partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sell-in and sell-out on Amazon across product categories
  • Plan and execute Amazon Advertising (AMS) campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Manage A+ content, listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility strategies
  • Handle Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central operations and ensure smooth order processing, supply chain coordination, and SLA adherence
  • Build and manage the Joint Business Plan (JBP) with Amazon teams
  • Oversee performance and growth on Flipkart, Cred, Meesho, and quick commerce platforms
  • Lead a cross-functional team of KAMs and advertising specialists to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Build strong relationships with category managers across marketplaces
  • Define monthly/annual revenue targets, promotions, and campaign calendars
  • Track sales KPIs, inventory, and advertising spends with actionable reporting
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand distribution
  • Manage a team of account managers and performance marketing specialists
  • Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience required
  • MBA qualification preferred
  • Proven track record in Amazon marketplace management
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven track record of 3+ years in managing Amazon marketplace end-to-end (sales, advertising, operations, relationships)
  • Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and people leadership skills

Preferred Requirements

  • MBA from a reputed institute preferred
  • Experience with other marketplaces (Flipkart, Meesho, quick commerce platforms) is an added advantage
