The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting & Reporting:Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.Taxation & Compliance:Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities for audits and compliance checks.Budgeting & Financial Analysis:Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.Monitor cash flow and maintain optimal working capital levels.Inventory & Cost Management:Oversee inventory management, including cost allocation and valuation.Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions and adjustments.E-commerce Financial Operations:Reconcile online sales transactions from multiple platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart).Manage payment gateways, refunds, discounts, and chargebacks.Collaborate with the operations team to optimize financial efficiency.Process Improvement & Automation:Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency enhancements.Implement best practices in accounting and financial reporting.
