Below is a general overview of the responsibilities and skills associated with this role: Key Responsibilities : Business Strategy Development: Define and execute strategies to grow Amazon's market share in a specific segment (e.g., Retail, Amazon Web Services, etc.). Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities to expand Amazon's presence in targeted industries. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Identify and approach potential clients to introduce Amazon's offerings, negotiating deals and partnership agreements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Amazon's internal teams such as product management, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives. Provide feedback on product or service improvements based on customer and partner interactions. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving set revenue targets. Requirements Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is typically required.3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy, preferably in e-commerce or technology. Experience with B2B sales, partnerships, or enterprise-level account management. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable business strategies. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact with senior executives and clients. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities. Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with Amazon's product offerings and services, especially if related to e-commerce platforms or AWS.
